Can I make a Plevin claim?

Did you take out credit for the PPI after 6th April 2007? Or did you take out credit for the PPI before this but continue to pay it after 6th April of 2008?

Then yes, you can make a claim!

It doesn’t matter if you knew about the commission or not. It also doesn’t matter if you haven’t previously brought a PPI claim. The point here is the commission, not whether you needed it or not.

If you previously brought a claim for mis-selling but this was initially rejected, you may have had an offer and/or payment based on the guidance provided by the FCA. You are still entitled to bring a claim for the balance as it is likely that this offer was not the full value of your claim due to excessive commission.

How can we help?

To enable us to ascertain whether you have a claim, we will need to obtain all of the information your lender holds about you and the credit/PPI. Once we have this we will be able to let you know whether you have a claim and what it is likely to be worth.

We have a full understanding of the law that these types of claims are based on and are experienced in the court process. Our specialist department will support you through each stage of the claim.

How much will it cost?

We operate on a no win no fee basis. This means that your legal costs will be deducted from the compensation you received. If your claim is not successful, you don’t pay our costs. You can always be assured that we are fighting for you.
